Felipe is an OAC evangelist in Asunción, a city of over one million people. He is a Paraguayan, a Bible College graduate, and has served with OAC since 1992. His wife, Tammy, is an American missionary, and they have one son.
Felipe's responsibilities include open air outreaches in partnership with evangelical churches. He also assists missions that work with the Guarani Indians, showing Christian films and proclaiming the gospel to the Indians in their own language. In public schools, he presents Christ as the answer to the problems of drugs and immorality that plague the students. He also has opportunities to present the gospel to soldiers on military bases.
Using films, music, drama, and illustrated messages, OAC Paraguay is reaching thousands of people with the gospel, and many responding to Christ. Felipe is a member of the OAC Paraguay Board of Trustees, and is also overseen by OAC - Overseas Ministries based in Atlanta.
