Juan is our National Director for OAC Paraguay. He is Paraguayan, a Bible College graduate, and has served with OAC since it began in Paraguay in 1992. His wife, Dawn, is an American missionary, and they have three children.

Juan's responsibilities include open air outreaches with evangelical churches in towns all across Paraguay. He also holds evangelistic meetings with missions that work with the Guarani Indians, showing films and preaching in their own language.

In addition, he holds assembly programs in public schools that challenge students to make the right choices concerning drugs and morals. The students are also invited to choose Christ as their Savior. Even the police academy invites him to present the gospel to hundreds of their graduating officers.

Using effective methods such as music, drama, films, and illustrated messages in black light, multiplied thousands are being reached with the gospel. Many are responding to Christ. Juan is a member of the OAC Paraguay Board of Trustees, and is also overseen by OAC - Overseas Ministries based in Atlanta.
